My hotel – warm and quiet

Dating back to the 18th century and renovated in 2002, the Angleterre & Résidence (4-stars) is a timeless embodiment of the good life, where modernity melds perfectly with tradition. Authenticity and nature come together in a harmonious atmosphere of peace and serenity.

Spread across four buildings, each in a very distinct style, the 75 rooms and Junior Suites at Angleterre & Résidence offer a variety of atmospheres, all ensuring genuine relaxation and well-being. We do everything to make you feel at home or, if you are on a business trip, to enable you to work in peace.

Whether opting for a bedroom or Junior Suite, guests will appreciate the comfort, the same high standards of luxury and technology, and the attentive service of the friendly, professional staff.

One hotel, five buildings

Five buildings surround the reception, which is located in a glass structure at the heart of a beautiful garden bursting with flowers. The welcoming foyer includes a computer corner, and international newspapers are provided daily.

Facing the lake, the historic façades of Angleterre and Lutetia contrast with an elegant interior that is unashamedly contemporary. They played host respectively to Lord Byron, in 1816, and the famous Lausanne Hotel Management School in its early days in 1893.

With its English cottage style, Florissant provides a more traditional cosy atmosphere, while the modern Longchamp building offers luxuriously large bedrooms, many with terraces overlooking the garden and lake.

The Platane building is reserved for seminars and receptions and has a huge meeting room with large picture windows overlooking the lake and a private terrace and garden.
